Title: Client Resource Specialist – Food Enrollment
Location: Onsite in Redmond, WA. This position will travel to provide coverage at other Hopelink Centers (Kirkland, Bellevue, Shoreline, and Carnation) based on business need.
Work schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

The Client Resource Specialist focusing on Food Enrollment primarily supports Hopelink Food Program and clients, as well as providing front desk coverage or support at centers when needed. This position works with clients in-person or via phone to complete annual enrollments, so they are eligible to receive food services. The food enrollment specialist also focuses on processing online applications to complete enrollments.
The Client Resource Specialist is one of the first points of contact at the Hopelink Center’s Front Desk and is responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming all visitors. The Client Resource Specialist provides excellent customer service to clients, donors, visitors, and staff. The environment can sometimes be fast paced and busy and other times it can be slower. This position is critical to ensure smooth operation of the center.

Since 1971, Hopelink has provided support services to people in need in north and east King County and transportation services in King and Snohomish Counties in Washington state. We are a Community Action Agency with programs and services ranging from food banks, energy assistance and housing to literacy training and employment skills, transportation and family development. Annual events include Hopelink Can Madness -- a bracketed tournament between local businesses to help stock food banks following the holidays; an annual October fundraising luncheon at Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue (attended by about 1,800 guests every year); and the Turkey Trot 5K Family Fun Run & Walk on the Sunday before Thanksgiving.
