Lead the maintenance and engineering operations of the property to ensure all building systems and facilities operate safely and efficiently. Manage maintenance staff and oversee preventative maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards.
Requires a college degree or two years of hotel experience, with previous experience in a Chief Engineer or similar role. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US and possess the physical ability to perform maintenance tasks.
