Responsible for executing and guiding the assembly and disassembly of transformers and reactors according to technical projects and quality standards. This includes preparing tanks, operating overhead cranes for active parts, and performing electrical tests on finished products.
Requires a high school diploma and a technical course in Mechanics, Electricity, or related fields. Desirable certifications include NR10 (Electrical Safety), NR33 (Confined Space), and training for overhead cranes and working at heights.

R0130239Responsável por executar e orientar montagens e/ou desmontagens de transformadores e reatores, nas linhas de fabricação da empresa, visando atender as especificações de produtos conforme projetos, normas e procedimentos técnicos, cumprindo os requisitos de Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente e Integridade.
Orientar e executar as atividades de montagem e ou desmontagem atendendo às ordens de produção, cumprindo os requisitos e os procedimentos do produto e de qualidade, lendo e interpretando desenhos com as respectivas especificações técnicas, obedecendo as normas de saúde, segurança do trabalho, meio ambiente e integridade.
Orientar e identificar a sequência das operações de montagem e ou desmontagem, conforme plano de produção, utilizando adequadamente máquinas e equipamentos conforme procedimentos pré-estabelecidos. Tais como preparação do tanques para recebimento da parte ativa seca e prensada, preparação do box de reaperto garantindo que todos os dispositivos estão disponíveis para utilização na prensagem e reaperto da parte ativa. Retirar parte ativa da estufa utilizando ponte rolante dando atenção especial a capacidade das cintas e cabos de aço para elevação. Transporte para área de reaperto e posteriormente colocação no tanque.
Efetuar a montagem dos acessórios no tanque (Válvulas, equipamentos de monitoramento, tubos, conservador), conforme especificado em desenhos, realiza testes de tensão aplica e relação de transformação dos transformadores.
Acondicionar e enviar para embalagem as partes desmontadas para expedição. Além de ajudar no carregamento do transformador na carreta conforme especificado no transporte.
Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis.
