Liderar o processo de gestão de garantias e reclamações de clientes no Brasil, assegurando respostas rápidas, análises eficazes e implementação sustentável de ações corretivas. Conduzir investigações de causa raiz utilizando metodologias estruturadas, como 8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Porquês e outras ferramentas de qualidade. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho relacionados a garantias, reclamações e satisfação dos clientes, propondo e acompanhando ações de melhoria contínua.
Atuar como principal ponto de contato para clientes em assuntos relacionados à qualidade, garantindo comunicação clara, profissional e orientada à satisfação do cliente.
Realizar reuniões periódicas com clientes para revisão de indicadores, acompanhamento de planos de ação e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.
Suportar a execução de pesquisas de satisfação e coordenar as ações decorrentes dos resultados obtidos.
Manter e aprimorar o Sistema Integrado de Gestão, assegurando conformidade com os requisitos das normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.
Planejar, executar e participar de auditorias internas, externas e de clientes, atuando como auditor interno e/ou coordenador das atividades relacionadas.
Promover e apoiar a implementação da estratégia local de Qualidade e Excelência Operacional (Q&OpEx), visando aumentar a eficiência operacional, reduzir custos e melhorar a produtividade.
Realizar mapeamento e análise de processos, identificando oportunidades de otimização e padronização.
Desenvolver, monitorar e reportar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs) relacionados à qualidade e à excelência operacional.
Participar de projetos globais de qualidade, compartilhando melhores práticas e contribuindo para iniciativas corporativas de melhoria contínua.
Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de Produção, Engenharia, Supply Chain, Vendas, EHS, RH e demais áreas de suporte para garantir os objetivos de qualidade.
