The Service Supervisor oversees all mechanical and technical support for the property, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality. They are responsible for managing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Candidates must have at least two years of property maintenance management or leadership experience and strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to obtain required city or government licenses, such as EPA certification, are also required.

As a Service Supervisor with Hines, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all mechanical and technical support for the property with limited direct supervision. You will ensure the building and all areas in the property meet the Hines standard for appearance, safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality.
