The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring high standards of service. They also manage staff performance, facilitate training programs, and handle administrative duties such as payroll and safety compliance.
The role requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop staff, along with the ability to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards. Candidates must be capable of handling administrative tasks and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.
