The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager and Superintendent in administrative management, including bidding, billing, and RFI handling. They are responsible for managing project documentation to ensure quality and contractual risk management throughout the project life cycle.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with 1-2 years of direct experience in project schedules and budgets. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the physical ability to walk and maneuver on construction job sites.

Project Engineers & Assistant Project Managers (APM) assist the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in bidding, tracking down subcontractor releases, project billings, helping with RFIs, project scheduling and other administrative management. Engineers & Estimators communicate with project owners, architects, subcontractors and office.
