The Maintenance Technician ensures the efficient operation and upkeep of property equipment, systems, and facilities through routine and preventative maintenance. They are responsible for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues while maintaining accurate records via CMMS.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and proven experience in maintenance, specifically with plumbing and electrical knowledge. Leadership skills are required to supervise junior staff, along with the ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of the property’s equipment, systems, and facilities. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and addressing issues to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the property. The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with other departments, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall satisfaction of residents and staff.
