The Guest Service Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, managing reservations, and processing payments. They also handle guest complaints, perform basic bookkeeping, and assist with breakfast or luggage services as needed.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous customer service experience. Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
