The Project Manager will lead the medical equipment planning and coordination process from conception to completion, collaborating with clinical stakeholders and design teams. They are responsible for managing equipment budgets, procurement, installation, and ensuring integration with architectural and engineering requirements.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Interior Design, or Biomedical Engineering. Strong knowledge of healthcare design codes, medical equipment planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.

As a Medical Equipment Planning Project Manager at HFG Architecture, a leading healthcare architecture firm, you will lead the medical equipment planning and coordination process across healthcare projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clinical stakeholders, multidisciplinary design teams, vendors, and clients to ensure that medical equipment is properly identified, budgeted, specified, procured, and integrated into each facility. Your expertise in medical equipment planning, healthcare design, and client relations will contribute to the timely delivery of high-quality, fully equipped healthcare environments.
This role requires approximately 10-20% travel for project-related needs, including site visits, client meetings, and occasional industry events.
