The Manufacturing Engineer provides technical support to shop floor operations by resolving engineering issues and optimizing production processes. Key duties include creating NC programs, maintaining manufacturing documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing, CNC machining processes, and experience with CAM software and MRP/ERP systems. Knowledge of CATIA V5 and experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities are considered beneficial.

Located in Runcorn, United Kingdom, our newly extended 120,000 sq. ft. facility is a fully integrated site offering comprehensive manufacturing, repair, and overhaul services to the major players in the landing gear industry. Designated as a Center of Excellence, the facility specializes in surface treatment and assembly of small to medium sized landing gear systems.
The Manufacturing Engineer provides technical support to shop floor operations, resolving engineering issues and responding to production queries. The role involves supporting manufacturing projects, analysing production feedback to identify programming and process inefficiencies, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational performance, and manufacturing efficiency.
