The Residential Construction Estimator evaluates project costs and prepares accurate estimates for new constructions and remodels. They are responsible for reviewing plans, conducting site visits, and developing contract specifications and client proposals.
Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of construction materials and methods. A valid driver's license, approved background check, and a substance-free working environment are required.
