Candidates must possess at least an associate degree in arts or science or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include one year of laboratory and customer service experience, along with relevant medical laboratory technician certification.
SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Lab Technical Services Coordinator to join our team. This fulltime role will primarily work on nights (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM). Includes every other weekend. Some flexibility to flex to evenings (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) on weekend coverage.
Purpose of this position: The role of the technical services coordinator is to support a designated section of the laboratory. In this role you must collaboratively work with laboratory teams, organizational laboratory customers, Hennepin Healthcare affiliates and clients to provide an excellent customer experience. Support the mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives of the organization and demonstrate a commitment to quality service to patients, physicians, the public, and co-workers.
