Our client, a leading Swiss organization undergoing a major digital transformation, is looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing activities of a large-scale digital platform programme.
You will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end business process validation, and guaranteeing the overall quality of the solution before production release.
Define and implement the overall test strategy.
Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan.
Manage the full testing lifecycle:
System Integration Testing (SIT)
End-to-End Testing (E2E)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Regression Testing
Smoke Testing
Coordinate testing activities across multiple business units and delivery teams.
Manage test environments, schedules, and testing resources.
Lead defect management and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
Produce regular quality dashboards and executive reporting.
Support Go/No-Go decisions through objective quality assessments.
Proven experience as a Test Manager on large digital transformation programmes.
Strong experience coordinating end-to-end testing across multiple teams and applications.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with defect management, reporting and quality governance.
Comfortable working in Agile environments.
Fluent English is mandatory.
