The intern will focus on prospecting new clients via telephone and analyzing buying behaviors to convert prospects into loyal customers. They will also collaborate with marketing and supply teams to optimize the overall customer experience and reporting.
Candidates must be fluent in French and possess strong interpersonal skills and digital tool proficiency (CRM, Excel). A passion for animals and a previous experience in sales or customer service is highly valued.

Aujourd’hui, Hector Kitchen, c’est une équipe passionnée et soudée de 20 personnes basée à Barcelone, soutenue par Holidog, acteur majeur du petcare en Europe depuis 2012. Ensemble, nous réinventons le quotidien des animaux de compagnie.
En tant que stagiaire en Développement Commercial & Fidélisation Client, tu seras un membre clé de notre équipe commerciale. Ton objectif : accompagner nos clients tout au long de leur parcours avec Hector Kitchen, renforcer leur engagement et contribuer activement à leur fidélisation.
