Provides wound-related and basic nursing care to patients under the direction of an RN or Provider. Responsibilities include gathering patient information, assisting in vein clinics, and performing hyperbaric oxygen therapy duties.
Requires a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, and a current LPN/LVN license. Candidates must have at least two years of LPN/LVN experience, with one year in a SNF or LTACH setting.
