The Resident Inspector will observe field activities for conformance to contract documents and assist the Construction Manager in project execution. Responsibilities include inspecting electrical, structural, mechanical, and civil construction while collaborating with the design team and general contractor.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a preference for 2 years specifically in water/wastewater construction. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to interpret construction schedules and drawings are essential.
