Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 7 years of experience, with a Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. Candidates should be proficient in distribution design software like Synergi Electric and PSCAD.

In the role of Electrical Distribution Team Lead, we'll count on you to:
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Preferably electrical, but other degrees will be taken into consideration along with background and experience.
Professional Engineering (PE) License.
Experience in distribution design, including planning studies, coordination studies, wire sizing, and a general understanding of constructability.
Experience using Synergi Electric and PSCAD system study software.
Experience leading and/or teaching new or less experienced staff about electrical distribution design and planning studies.
Self-driven and motivated individual who can network, generate new work, recruit, and grow a team.
