The Bridge Engineer will apply structural engineering techniques to design bridges, culverts, and retaining walls for highway and railway projects. Responsibilities include performing load calculations, developing structural details, and reviewing the work of junior engineers.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license. Proficiency in various structural analysis software and experience in bridge design are required, with a master's degree and TxDOT familiarity preferred.
