The sales representative is responsible for engaging with community residents to sell products and services at kiosks, events, and retail locations. They must maintain accurate sales records in the CRM and provide high-quality consultative service to drive growth.

This is a commission - base pay position, responsible for selling products and services at our sales kiosks, community events, and retail partner stores.
Essential Functions

Superior Listening skills, Intelligent, able to absorb and demonstrate a thorough understanding of a broad range of products, services, procedures, and systems Superior consultative selling skills, needs assessment skills, problem-solving skills, and integrative thinking. The sales rep must be a self-motivator, able to work with minimal supervision and be able to effectively educate customers about Hawaiian Telcom's products and services.
Hourly Pay + (plus uncapped commissions)
