The role involves processing daily banking transactions, handling cash, and opening or closing accounts for retail and business customers. Additionally, the representative educates customers on bank products and refers them to appropriate departments for specialized services.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic computer and mathematical skills. Six months of cash-handling experience and 10-key proficiency are desired.
About the Position
Our relationship banking representatives are vital to the customer experience at our branch locations throughout Oahu, Maui, and the Island of Hawaii. This position requires providing great customer service and building lasting connections through daily transactions and conversations. Relationship banking representatives will have the opportunity to work and interact with staff from nearly all departments of the bank. This position lays a solid foundation for further advancement and opens a door of possibilities for upward movement within the branch or to other departments within the company.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Skills & Qualifications: Good number skills and mathematical ability; accurate typing; basic computer knowledge; ability to communicate effectively; work under pressure and meet deadlines
Other Desired Skills: Six months cash-handling experience; 10-key by touch
