The Guest Service Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, managing reservations, and handling payments while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. They also perform bookkeeping activities and assist in other hotel areas such as the breakfast room or luggage handling as needed.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous customer service experience. Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
