Greet and register guests while managing reservations, payments, and room assignments. Resolve guest complaints and perform bookkeeping activities to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and previous customer service experience is required. Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
