The coordinator is responsible for developing and monitoring complex work and vacation schedules to ensure 24/7 emergency response coverage for Paramedic Services. They also manage bi-weekly payroll hours, track staff time, and generate staffing analysis reports.
Candidates must have a secondary school diploma and at least two years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, while experience with ADP software is considered an asset.
