The Product Manager is responsible for developing and optimizing a portfolio of electrical energy management products to ensure competitiveness and profitability. This includes analyzing market trends, defining value propositions, and managing the entire product lifecycle from initiation to end-of-life.
Candidates should hold a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in electricity or have professional experience in building electrical energy distribution. Proficiency in English is required, and experience in marketing or fluency in German is considered a plus.

En tant que Product manager H/F/X, vous reporterez au Product Range Senior Manager au sein du département SPM basé à Obernai (France) dans le cadre d'un CDI.
Au sein du département System & Product Management, vous favorisez le développement, l'optimisationet la pérennité de votre portefeuille de produits en termes de performance, de compétitivité et de rentabilité.
Votre mission principale consiste, après analyse des données et des nombreux acteurs du marché de la distribution et de la gestion d’énergie électrique du bâtiment, à faire des propositions innovantes pour différencier la marque Hager, définir l'offre et participer à sa réalisation en tenant compte des opportunités techniques et économiques des différents sites industriels. Vous assurez aussi de façon autonome la gestion et le suivi des produits et solutions existantes de votre portefeuille ainsi qu’un support marketing et technique aux filiales.
