The Lead Intraoperative Monitoring Technologist provides technical and administrative leadership, including staff scheduling, training, and clinical coordination of IONM services. They also support surgical cases, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure high-quality testing standards are maintained.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of experience in neurodiagnostic fields. Professional certification in CNIM, R.EEGT, or R.EPT is required, along with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

The Lead Intraoperative Monitoring (IONM) Technologist provides technical and administrative guidance and training for team members in IONM. Responsible for clinical coordination of all IONM services for surgical services performed. Contributes to oversight of 24/7 coverage for all areas within the service.
