The Shift Leader oversees daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth shifts, high food quality, and exceptional guest service. They are responsible for managing labor and food costs, training staff, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
Candidates should have at least one year of food service management experience or two years in a food service role. A Food Manager or ServSafe Manager certification is required, along with the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule.
