The professor will be responsible for teaching Bachelor and Master level modules, supervising students, and participating in academic administration and committee work. Additionally, they will develop their personal research profile, publish findings, and foster cooperation with industry and research partners.
Candidates must hold a doctorate and have at least three years of professional experience, including two years outside of a university setting. They must demonstrate excellent teaching quality, expertise in software engineering, and fluency in English.
Among others the requirements for professorship are:
· You have strong expertise in core areas of software engineering, with specialized knowledge in at least one subfield such as software architecture, testing and quality assurance, or agile development methodologies.
· You demonstrate practical proficiency with modern programming languages, frameworks, and state-of-the-art tools and technologies commonly used in the industry, such as Java, C#, Git, GitHub Actions, Jira, or JUnit/NUnit.
