The Pharmacy Technician - Billing Specialist is responsible for processing customer bills, managing insurance claims, and ensuring accurate data entry into pharmacy systems. They also provide support for billing inquiries, resolve coverage issues, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid pharmacy technician license or registration. At least one year of related experience and advanced computer skills are required for this role.

Responsible for processing customer bills and insurance claims in an accurate and timely manner. This includes assisting with all daily and month-end billing functions, procedures and reporting. Provides excellent customer service to patients, caregivers, medical providers and insurance carriers.
