Responsible for producing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and productivity guidelines. The role also involves training new employees and utilizing seed-to-sale systems to track KPIs and product movement.
Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specific physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and enduring high heat and humidity. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, pass background checks, and be approved by the state badging agency.
As a Sr Production Technician, you will be responsible for producing cannabis products within our wide portfolio. In this role you will use a variety of tools, equipment, and small machinery to produce and/or package cannabis products in accordance with our safety, quality and productivity guidelines. In addition, as a Sr Production Technician, you will be responsible for training new employees as well as utilizing our seed to sale systems and other internal reporting systems to track our products and other KPI’s.

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
