Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and at least seven years of strategic HRBP experience, preferably in high-growth production or union environments. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and capable of passing state badging requirements for the cannabis industry.

The HR Business Partner executes HR programs, policies, and practices for the designated employee population, communicating proactively with the site General Manager and site Leadership to execute solutions that supports the local and national goals of the organization.
