The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing dispensary operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing inventory. They are responsible for coaching team members to deliver a positive customer experience and driving revenue targets through effective leadership.
Candidates must have at least three years of retail management experience with POS operations and be 21 years or older. A valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and flexibility to work varying shifts are required.

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary to support and manage a diverse team in driving results and delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences. You will assist the General Manager in leading and managing activities related to customer experience, inventory operations, and team member development. The Assistant General Manager role puts you on a fast-track to growth and is a developmental step to General Manager.
