Co-lead the ExpertX AI agent platform by defining the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery. Drive customer adoption and measurable business KPIs by partnering with Engineering, Sales, and enterprise clients.
Requires 6+ years of Product Management experience, including shipping AI-powered products and 3+ years in a startup environment. Must have a strong track record of working directly with enterprise customers and managing non-deterministic AI behaviors.

We work primarily remotely, with one collaborative team day from our Tel Aviv office.
About the Role
You'll co-lead ExpertX, GrowthSpace's AI agent platform. ExpertX deploys AI agents into client organizations to answer questions, train, and coach employees which means success isn't defined by shipping features. It's defined by customer adoption, measurable business KPIs, and expanding from initial use cases into broad organizational deployments.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving startup. You'll shape product strategy, drive execution, partner closely with Engineering, and work directly with enterprise customers often all within the same week.
