The Relationship Specialist processes cash transactions, opens various deposit and credit accounts, and discusses loan and retirement products with members. They are responsible for building meaningful relationships to identify member needs and provide superior customer service.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic math and Windows-based PC products is required, along with a positive and trainable mindset.
