The server is responsible for greeting residents, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring timely delivery of meals. They also maintain cleanliness of dining areas and stock service stations to provide a best-in-class dining experience.
A high school diploma or GED and previous food service or hospitality experience are preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and possess excellent listening skills.

The Part Time Server role is the most important role in delivering best in class dining experience, as they are the first and last contact with Residents and have the ability to resolve any service issues as they arise. A Server’s responsibility is attending to diners before, during and after their meals by helping them place and receive their orders. They also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service period.
