As we continue to scale our impact, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Operations Department. This is a key role that will drive both day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

Job Summary: 
Leading all facets of the operations, warehouse control, administration, and implementation of rules specific to standards at maximum effect.

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Reporting and Monitoring: 
  • Analyzes the performance of each member of the operations and make sure that everyone is utilized.
  • Evaluates all warehouse personnel based on performance, leadership, and ownership.
  • Ensures that all KPIs are met, including the execution of the SOPs, GWPs, GDPs, and other operational procedures.
  • Tasked to train all warehouse personnel on the proper ways of doing their work with great quality and efficiency.
  • Makes sure that all materials and equipment inside the warehouse are maximized and used properly daily.
  • Oversees warehouse audits, and brand visits, and coordinates closely with the brand’s operations team.
  • Represents the corporation in external affairs regarding operations and its improvement.
• Performance Management System-Related:
  • Strengthens the company’s PMS through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are quarterly identified, evaluated, and filed.
• Warehouse Management Compliance:
  • Make sure that the SOP’s in the process are being followed.
  • Always make sure that any markings and labeling on a product, such as hangtags or a mark can be specified in the checklist and checked against your specifications.
  • Maintaining the best quality and safe product.
  • Responsible for checking in on employees to ensure they’re fulfilling orders correctly, so attention to detail can help you notice when an employee may need additional training.

Key Qualifications and Competencies: 

• Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Operations/Business Management, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• With enough experience in the E commerce industry, working in operations for at least 2 years.
• Ability to use/monitor/operate warehouse management systems.
• Resourceful, analytical, and target driven.
• Able to make executive decisions in each time period.
• Has good leadership and interpersonal skills.
