Requires strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems with a mechanical bias, preferably within a food or FMCG manufacturing environment. Must be proficient in troubleshooting industrial packaging machinery and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

We are looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join IPS at our Saint Helens site, supporting co-packing and manufacturing operations for some of the UK’s leading retailers and FMCG organisations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, fast-paced operation where you will play a key role in providing essential engineering expertise to support Operations in reducing and eliminating downtime.
Ideally, we are looking for a mechanical biased Maintenance Engineer and the role will involve both proactive and reactive maintenance across a food processing/FMCG site.
This is permanent role working Monday to Friday from 10:00 – 06:00
