The engineer is responsible for conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime on production equipment. They must rapidly diagnose and repair machinery breakdowns while ensuring all health, safety, and quality standards are met.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, preferably with an electrical bias. Experience in food manufacturing or packaging environments and proficiency in repairing industrial machinery like baggers and conveyors is highly desired.

The Shift engineer will provide essential engineering expertise to support Operations in reducing and eliminating downtime. This role involves both proactive and reactive maintenance.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
