The Resource Scheduler is responsible for allocating staff to audit engagements to optimize utilization and minimize scheduling conflicts. They maintain accurate scheduling data and coordinate leave and training commitments within the Audit service line.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in administration, recruitment, or talent acquisition with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with scheduling tools like Dayshape is highly desirable.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to support day-to-day engagement scheduling within our Audit service line.
This position plays a key part in ensuring the right people are assigned to the right engagements at the right time, helping to optimise utilisation, minimise scheduling conflicts, and support the successful delivery of client work.
The successful candidate will work closely with Audit Partners, Directors, Managers, and the Resource Management team to maintain accurate scheduling data and respond to changing resourcing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
