The intern will support the finance department with daily administrative tasks, including processing invoices and monitoring general ledger accounts. They will also assist in preparing weekly payments and act as a point of contact for finance-related inquiries.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accounting or finance-related university program and possess a Dutch BSN. The role requires availability for 32-40 hours per week and the ability to work from the Amsterdam office at least three days a week.

The role
As our Finance & Administration Intern, you'll get hands-on experience keeping our Finance department well-organised and efficient. You'll support day-to-day administration and work closely with, and report to, our Senior Finance & Administration Officer, as part of the Business Support team. This is a great opportunity to learn how finance operations work inside a project-based agency, while helping our Spookies with their finance questions along the way.
This is a full-time internship of 32–40 hours per week, for 6 months with a start date in mid-September 2026.
