Gordon Highlander is excited to be launching a Sustainability Program and is seeking a Highlander to help build and lead this initiative.
This is a unique career development opportunity for someone who is passionate about construction, enjoys problem solving, and wants to help shape the future of sustainability at Gordon Highlander. While previous sustainability experience is beneficial, it is not required. We are looking for someone with a strong construction background who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into our subject matter expert.
Sustainability in construction focuses on reducing environmental impact through smarter building practices, including improving energy and water efficiency, reducing waste and carbon emissions, selecting sustainable materials, and supporting green building certifications.
Working closely with Operations, Preconstruction, Project Management, and Clients, the Sustainability Program Manager will lead sustainability initiatives across our projects while helping develop new standards, processes, and client services.
