The Senior Network Engineer will design, deploy, and operate the WAN connecting Google's air-gapped cloud regions and government customers. As a Senior Network Engineer on the Sovereign Operations team, you will design, deploy, and operate the WAN connecting Google air-gapped cloud regions and government customers. This team is driven to consistently deliver the most resilient and performant network to host critical customer workloads. As the network continues to scale, operational efficiencies are maintained by embracing the use of automation and proactive monitoring and prediction. This team's responsibility extends to the support of virtual networking services to include DNS, load balancers, and firewalls. Team members have numerous opportunities for technical growth working with advanced networking protocols, container orchestration technologies, configuration management at scale, and incident triage and resolution. Your deliverables are essential to the success of Google Public Sector and government customer missions.
