The Data Analyst will build and manage centralized learner activity dashboards to serve as a single source of truth for global learning analytics. They will also conduct data integrity audits and perform analyses to link learning programs to business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is required, along with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems and influence cross-functional partners.
