We are currently looking for a Production Shift Manager to join our industrial plant in Roales del Pan, Zamora, Spain.
Lead and develop the production team throughout the shift.
Ensure compliance with the production plan and with quality and food safety standards.
Manage operational incidents in coordination with the Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments.
Analyze shift performance indicators and drive improvement actions.
Promote continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing) and initiatives to reduce waste and production losses.
At least 3 years of experience managing teams in an industrial production environment.
A strong track record of working in demanding environments with a high level of operational responsibility.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts.
University degree or equivalent solid professional experience.
A stable position within a growing company.

GoodLife Foods saw this as a huge opportunity which is why since 1992 we are buying high quality vegetables to make delicious vegetarian meals. In 2014, GoodLife Foods acquired Izico and for several years we sticked to that name. Daloon joined in 2016, which ensured a remarkable geographic expansion in the areas of Scandinavia, Germany and the United Kingdom. This expansion was accompanied by a significant market growth.
