Provide administrative and organizational support to the Technical Office for the implementation of new and modified articles. Act as a coordinating link between internal stakeholders and manage project data, documentation, and MDM workflows.
Requires a completed MBO degree in administration, business administration, or a similar field with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP or project management systems is preferred.

Wat ga je doen?
Als Administrative Officer maak je onderdeel uit van het Technical Office van GoodLife Foods. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en implementatie van alle nieuwe en gewijzigde artikelen, van de uitvoeringsfase tot en met go-live. In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat alle administratieve, organisatorische en coördinerende processen soepel verlopen. Je ondersteunt het team bij het beheren van projectinformatie, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de documentatie volledig en accuraat is. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak kunnen projecten efficiënt worden uitgevoerd en succesvol worden overgedragen naar de operatie. Je hebt intensief contact met interne stakeholders zoals Sales, NPD, QA, Plants, S&OP en fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen het Technical Office en andere afdelingen. Jaarlijks worden circa 200–300 projecten door de organisatie begeleid, waarbij jij een belangrijke administratieve spilfunctie vervult.

In 2014, GoodLife Foods acquired Izico and for several years we sticked to that name. Daloon joined in 2016, which ensured a remarkable geographic expansion in the areas of Scandinavia, Germany and the United Kingdom. This expansion was accompanied by a significant market growth. The acquisition of Daloon allowed Good Life Foods to offer various vegan and vegetarian products. Previously, these types of snacks were barely in our brand portfolio. Things went fast after 2016. In 2017, De Vries, Van Oers and GoodLife joined and the name Izico was changed to GoodLife Foods. This name reflects all products we represent and the vision of the company in a better way. In 2018, Excellent joined GoodLife Foods. This company is best known in The Netherlands for the croquettes they produce.
