The Swim Instructor provides one-on-one instruction on water safety and swim techniques based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. They are also responsible for evaluating student progress, communicating with parents, and maintaining pool equipment.
Candidates should have experience as a lifeguard, youth sports instructor, or childcare provider. A lifeguard certification is preferred and must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
