På avdelningen Hot Structures & Cases Center of Excellence (CoE) arbetar vi med att utveckla nya produkter och hantera produkter i tjänst för de civila programmen. Som Engineering Team Lead får du en central roll där du bidrar med din erfarenhet och kompetens i konstruktionsteamet i strävan mot uppsatta mål. Tillsammans med teamet tar du fram planer och säkerställer att vi levererar enligt tid, kvalitet och förväntningar. Du samverkar med ett tvärfunktionellt designteam, där olika kompetenser arbetar tillsammans för att nå framgång.
En stor del av arbetet handlar om att bygga relationer och kommunicera – både internt med andra funktioner och externt med kunder och leverantörer. Rollen ger dig möjlighet att växa, bredda dina kunskaper, utvecklas inom vår designorganisation och bidra till banbrytande projekt inom flygindustrin.
Bland annat ingår följande ansvar och förväntningar:
• Hantering av kvarstående avvikelser från vår tillverkning, externa leverantörer och från tjänst.
• Drivande av designändringar, reparationsförslag och framtagning av manualer
• Planering, drivning och ledning av konstruktionsteamet för att leverera rätt kvalitet i rätt tid.
• Analys och nedbrytning av krav för att skapa en balanserad produkt utifrån tekniska krav, producerbarhet och kostnad.
• Identifiering av resursbehov för att genomföra uppdrag effektivt.
• Planera och dokumentera verifiering samt certifiering av produkten.
• Genomförande av tekniska granskningar, både internt och externt.
Utöver detta förväntas du aktivt bidra till avdelningens mål, strategi och kontinuerliga förbättringsarbete.
Vi söker dig som trivs med att ta ett stort individuellt ansvar och leda team. Du känner dig trygg i att kommunicera med andra funktioner, både internt inom företaget och externt med kunder och leverantörer. Dessutom bidrar du till en positiv atmosfär och fungerar som en inspirerande förebild för teamet.
Krav för tjänsten är:
• Ingenjörsutbildning som BSc eller motsvarande
• Erfarenhet från team-/projektledning
• Mycket goda kunskaper i tal och skrift engelska
