The Facilities Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of building systems and physical assets. This includes performing interior and exterior repairs, custodial duties, and assisting with event setups and emergency responses.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance. A valid driver's license is required, while a trade certificate or OSHA 10-hour certification is preferred.

The Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty with the implementation of safety plans, operating standards and guidelines, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical assets of the property.
