The Intermediate Architect will work on a diverse portfolio including mixed-use multifamily, institutional, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects. They are expected to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Candidates must have 5-7 years of professional experience and a B.Arch degree. Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite is required, while professional licensure and knowledge of NYC building codes are preferred.
