The technician is responsible for operating factory equipment, assembling and inspecting electro-mechanical products, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. They must also troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues and maintain organized workstations.
Candidates should have previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting and possess the ability to read blueprints and schematics. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with basic knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies.
