Chez GE Vernova, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) ingénieur(e) en automatisation possédant de solides compétences techniques pour se joindre à notre équipe Lean et Ingénierie manufacturière à l’usine de La Prairie.
Ce rôle joue un rôle clé dans le développement et l’amélioration continue de nos projets d’automatisation et de robotique.
Vous participerez à l’exécution des conceptions de projets avec le soutien de nos fournisseurs, à l’optimisation des procédés existants ainsi qu’à l’amélioration de l’efficacité et à la standardisation de nos opérations manufacturières.
Description du poste
Les activités sont principalement axées sur l’exécution de la conception et le développement de projets d’automatisation et de robotique.
Le poste comprend également des responsabilités liées à l’amélioration continue technique des procédés existants, avec un accent particulier sur l’efficacité opérationnelle, la conception pour la fabrication (Design for Manufacturing) et la standardisation.
Rôles et responsabilités
Gérer des projets de robotique et d’automatisation de leur conception jusqu’à leur mise en œuvre.
Veiller à ce que les projets soient réalisés dans les délais prévus, selon la portée définie et dans le respect des budgets établis.
Réaliser des analyses approfondies de faisabilité technique et financière pour les projets proposés.
Évaluer les bénéfices potentiels ainsi que les risques associés à chaque projet.
Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs, de la phase d’appel d’offres jusqu’à la réalisation et aux essais des projets.
Veiller au respect des exigences de qualité et des échéanciers de livraison par les fournisseurs.
Collaborer étroitement avec les opérateurs de l’usine afin de développer des solutions d’automatisation pratiques et efficaces.
S’assurer que les solutions implantées répondent aux besoins opérationnels et contribuent à l’amélioration de la productivité.
Fournir un soutien technique tout au long du cycle de vie des projets.
Diagnostiquer les problèmes et proposer des solutions afin d’assurer une exécution fluide des projets.
Qualifications requises
Formation / Expérience : Baccalauréat en génie de l’automatisation ou dans un domaine connexe, combiné à une expérience professionnelle pertinente démontrée; ou expérience équivalente.
Connaissance des logiciels de CAO et de modélisation 3D (ex. : AutoCAD, PTC Creo, etc.).
Connaissance de langages de programmation (ex. : C++, Python, etc.).
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
Compétences privilégiées
Expérience en programmation d’automates programmables industriels (PLC) et en systèmes robotiques.
Connaissance des principes du Lean Manufacturing.
Familiarité avec les méthodologies de gestion de projets.
